Founded in 1975 and incorporated in 1976, we are an indigenous owned oil and gas company experienced in providing construction, fabrication, logistics, procurement and supplies, environmental services, erosion control and staff resourcing.
Since incorporation, our primary area of operations has been in
and around ExxonMobil Qua Iboe Terminal, Ibeno - Akwa Ibom State.
In 2020, we strengthened our service portfolio and expanded our
operations to ExxonMobil Bonny River Terminal.
With support from our new management, we are focused on developing
systems, processes and workforce readiness for effective
collaboration with our stakeholders.

Safety Policy
It is the policy and responsibility of EDDYNCO to promote the health and safety of EDDYNCO employees, subcontractor employees, clients, and company assets, as well as the public, environment and communities in which we work, and it is paramount and imperative in how we will conduct our business activities.
The promotion of a safe and healthy work environment, prevention of accidents, and respect for the environment will be the established philosophy for all EDDYNCO work locations and shall be a critical element of our culture. Managing HSE issues is an essential component of our business strategy.
EDDYNCO management will take a proactive approach in creating a safe work environment for all employees and will strive to provide and maintain safe working conditions, require safe working practices, and comply both domestically and internationally with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and standards.
Management is required to promote continuing Safety Education, to assign and monitor responsibilities for all aspects of EDDYNCO HSE programs, and to review routinely programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
EDDYNCO will conduct its business affairs in ways to protect worker health and safety through education that addresses prevention of accidents, injuries, illnesses, and losses. EDDYNCO will continue to be a leader in the HSE arena by performing its work in compliance with our HSE policies and procedures.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
It is a serious offence for any employee of Eddynco Nigeria Limited to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession of or under the influence of any non-prescription drug while working or residing on any job site, including or waterborne operations, all property under the control of Eddynco Nigeria Limited full-stop personnel may be tested to determine usage of alcohol or illicit drugs at any time. Failure to cooperate with testing will be viewed the same as a positive result. This applies to all operations and all locations on a 24-hour basis.
